There's only one whitelist (WL) and one reserve list (RL). (There aren't multiple lists for each room size.)
Each hour is counted as a separate sale window. WL wallets can buy in the first half hour AND the second half hour of each sale window. RL wallets can only buy in the second half hour of each sale window.
This means that WL wallets can buy a maximum of ten rooms before the public sale begins – 2x Presidential Suites, 2x Executive Suites, and so on.
It also means that RL wallets can buy a maximum of five rooms before the public sale begins – 1x Presidential Suite, 1x Executive Suite, and so on.
Given that there are 1,000 WL spots and the WL is not over-allocated, we can only guarantee that if you are on the WL, you'll be able to buy 1 Presidential Suite. We can't guarantee that you'll be able to purchase a room if you're on the RL as there is a very small chance that we will sell 1,000 Presidential Suites to WL spot holders within the first half an hour.

During the public sale, everyone can mint any size of room.
Minting will be left open until we sell 1,000 rooms in total.
